The key to achieving transformation lies in identifying, understanding and capitalizing on connections.

Connections are what define your relationships with family, friends, professional colleagues, strangers, yourself, and life as a whole. Once you find and understand the inherent connections in what is important to you, you are free to transform your creativity, your communication and your challenges.

My work draws upon deeply integrated concepts and the premise that we are all connected to ignite change.

A 20-year career in physics and solar energy has prepared me in working with complex systems and equipped me with the skills of seeing any issue as a system with interrelated elements.

A lifetime of building relationships, introspection and personal discovery has taught me the importance of integrating seemingly different aspects of life together.

A passion for facilitating “Aha” moments by revealing connections between seemingly disparate people, places and things, fuels the current iteration of my career.

My Background: I received my B.S. in physics in 1992 from Fairfield University (CT), and my Ph.D. in physics from Colorado State University in 1999, with a focus on photovoltaic solar energy generation.  My 20-year career in solar energy spanned from basic research and manufacturing through assessing implemented systems, with a strong focus on reliability and analysis.  I successfully led multi-million dollar projects and programs throughout my career, including developing teams and leading consensus-building workshops.

My experience with facilitating systems approaches, including Failure Modes and Effects Analyses, Boundary Diagrams, Risk Analysis and workshops during my previous work at Sandia National Laboratories (2008-2013) and The Aerospace Corporation (2003–2008), has led to altered company cultures and optimized programs based on stakeholder needs. I have traveled extensively in the U.S., Europe, Japan, China, Middle East, and Australia and work well in many cultures.

Most recently, my work has taken shape in the form of Connection Mapping, where I combine my passions and past professional experiences to assist clients with a wide variety of challenges.

More About Me:

I am a great facilitator, and a master at keeping people focused on the task at hand.

I combine practical methods and exercises with strong listening skills, intuition and playfulness, to facilitate a new solution space. One of my key strengths is asking questions that extract more information, while mirroring back what has already been shared.

My ultimate goal is to help others see and work directly with their connections.

Connections are the key. The key to change, to transformation and to optimization.

With my signature process of Connection Mapping, you and your team can identify opportunities you never noticed before, including opportunities to:

  • maximize your resources
  • enhance your communication
  • develop better collaborations and teams
  • strengthen your relationships with others

Through in-person and online assessments, conversations and facilitated Connection Mapping sessions, together we will uncover connections and discover solutions for the issues at hand.
