Team Testimonials:
Jennifer came to work with our project team at a time when the team was in a "storming" phase. The team members each had a good understanding of their role and the tasks they needed to complete, but the team wasn't behaving as a cohesive unit. Each individual thought their work was the most important. My supervisor and I were also very concerned about the numerous external risks we faced. Jennifer utilized a systems approach to analyzing project risk to help us with both these challenges.
Everyone knew something was different as soon as Jennifer came into the conference room on the morning of our workshop. Fun and play was in the air! Creativity and self expression were not going to be stifled today!! As we introduced ourselves we also shared something on our "bucket list" - something we'd really like to do that no one else on the team knew about. We established a personal connection with each of our team mates.
Then the real fun (oops - I mean work) began. Using a white board, and lots of colored markers, Jennifer helped us diagram the interconnecting pieces of our project. We identified the tasks on the critical path and which activities had the most risk associated with them. Everyone could see how their work related to all the other pieces of the project and how if any one piece doesn't get done, everyone's ability to meet their goals is affected.
The team now understand that each and every person needs to win in order for the team to win. We are past the "storming" phase and into the "norming" phase of team development. The team is working together to find solutions to road blocks and challenges to ensure our project is successful.

Individual Testimonials:
While meeting with Jennifer to discuss a plan forward with my issues, I felt that she listened carefully and sincerely to my wants and needs, we did some research to find more information on my subject, and she gave me further ideas with which to follow through to fulfill my goals. As we talked, I immediately started to think of other people I know who could benefit from her guidance. I felt like Jennifer could see a bigger picture of where I was headed and guided me to those goals.
